Delivery

Our Next Day delivery service applies to the UK mainland. We offer a 48 hour delivery service for the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Scilly Islands.

For international deliveries we use Royal Mail and delivery times will vary. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to UK PO Box addresses and British Forces Post Office addresses.

DELIVERY OPTIONS AND CHARGES

For your convenience, we offer two different delivery options:

1) NEXT DAY FREE delivery - This is automatically applied to all orders placed online for UK mainland addresses.

2) NEXT DAY TIMED/SCHEDULED delivery -

If you place an order before 2pm Mon-Thurs and 11am on a Friday, it will be delivered to you the following working day (UK mainland only). If you place your order after 11am on a Friday, weekend or Bank Holiday, please add another working day.

Carrier

The carrier we use is Federal Express who deliver between 9am - 5pm. A signature is required when your order is delivered. 

 Delivery Addresses

You can place an order for delivery anywhere in the UK, providing our delivery service can accept it. Unfortunately, we are unable to support multiple delivery addresses per order.

What if only part of your order has arrived?

Please refer to your paperwork to see whether there is more than one parcel. For example, if it says 1 of 2 or 1 of 3, then this means that we were unable to package your entire order on one package and you should expect a further delivery within the next few days.
