Thanks to Sangamo and especially to Jim who listened to my tale and immediately agreed to send the switch controler I needed to FRANCE, and at no extra cost. What's more it arrived a couple of days later which was most remarkable, so much so that I haven't had time to fit it yet. Oh yes, what does Sangamo mean? Is it a tributary of Spango Valley. Best Wishes.

Two days later... switch now fitted absolutely no fuss, works, just like it said on the box. Thanks again.

I use the powersaver to turn on a hot water heater at night, economy 7. I have used this system for 6 years and am about to buy my fourth powersaver as they seem to stop working after 18 months. I would but a different switch except my flat is shared ownership and lease does not allow changes to built in appliances. Would not recommend buying. Also do not find it easy to read, needs to be installed in a position where you view it face on, otherwise need a torch to read display.
