HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Please note: this information is for returns on Online Orders only, if you purchased your product from a wholesaler please return the item to the place of purchase.

Print out your own Returns Label

This can be filled in and posted for free at your nearest Post Office (remember to ask for a Proof of Postage). Please allow 7 days to receive a replacement item or 14 days to receive a refund, if you have not heard from us there may have been a problem receiving your item, please get in touch.



ONLINE SHOPPING CANCELLATION & RETURNS POLICY

You can cancel your order before it is dispatched by calling us on +44(0) 1475 74513 or emailing us.

You can cancel your order after dispatch within 28 days of the date on the receipt that accompanies your order as long as the items are unused; in their original packaging and in pristine condition. You will then be refunded the total cost of your order, including any delivery charge.

You can return a product to us, or cancel your order after you’ve received it, by either:

  • Calling us on 01475 745131, by email or by writing to us at the address below.
  • By completing the Returns Questionnaire, following the instructions on the reverse of the Delivery Note.
  • Returns should be made within 28 days of the date of your Delivery Note.

    Returns made outside of 28 days will not be eligible for a refund and no refund will be given.

    A refund will only be credited back to the credit card holder’s account which was used to make the original purchase so please ensure you have your card available.

    You will be asked to confirm your invoice when returning any items for a refund.

    If you return an item to us with no receipt or other proof of purchase, you will need to contact us to verify your account details.
